General information

On the 2. and 3. of September we will organize the II. Hungarian International Warhammer Fantasy Tournament!

The place:
Most probably (unless we don't fit):
Tomori Pál Grade School
BUDAPEST, XIII. district Tomori street 2.

Getting there: we will organize  pick up for the foreigners from the train station, airport or wherever.

The entrance fee: is 20,- euros. If you register and pay the entrance fee by the 31. of July 2006 the discount price is 15 euros. The entrance fee contains lunch for Saturday and Sunday, but does not contain accommodation.

Final deadline for registration: 31. of august 2006.

Registering: we can finalize your registration, if we receive:

  • your name, and country
  • inform us about accommodation
  • your armylist (preferably in Army Builder format) and we have posted you a reply of acceptance
  • your team in which you will participate, and the team captain has confirmed this
  • your entrance fee

Otherwise the places will be filled up in first-come-first-served order. It is very important that you notify us if you need accommodation so we can organize it in time!

Accommodations:

  • in a nearby cheap hotel for around 10,- euros a night including breakfast
  • in a nearby dorm for about 5,- euros a night not including breakfast
  • in the school gym (sleeping bag required) for a minimal fee of about 2 euros if there are sufficient applicants

 Additional information about registration:
Along with your army you must send the registration fee before the tournament. The easiest way to do this is by remitting the money to this bank account:
HU19-11773126-00020596-00000000 (IBAN)
In the notices part please write your name and "International WHFB tournament 2006".
The money must arrive before the 31. of august and if you chose to pay the discount fee then it must arrive in the beginning of august.

The team in which you want to play in, can be changed even after registration, so we cannot except any delays based on reasons regarding team composition. Also the team captain can confirm you as a team member at any time, so there should be no problems with this.

Important!
The competition is primarily an individual contest, it is not obligatory to enter in a team, but we would like to recommend it, because this is what will make our tournament special and it is an extra opportunity to claim a prize!

For the team captains:
The team captains role is mostly administrative. Since we won't be able to get through to every single player they will be the ones to communicate with the judges and with their side's strategist.
Upon registration every team captain must tell us which side their team will support. The good side, the Conclave of Light or the evil side, in other words chaos. The whole team will support this given side. A team can consist of all kinds of armies, any army not belonging to that side, counts as a traitor. The team captain must also confirm all teammates when registering.
